Cover Design Portfolio update
Many new designs are posted in our cover design portfolio. You can now browse the 41 cd album cover and dvd designs with handy thumbnails (no pun intended). There are a few new rap album artworks - one for an artist whose last group sold 40 million records and won a Grammy... here's a not-so-subtle hint.
We have even MORE in the pipeline including a 7 disc audio book narrated by a Tony award winning actor, and a new biographical book cover design about a classic American pop/country musician. We're busy beavers this year so the blog postings have been pretty sparse. But frankly, we'd rather be designing than blogging. Thanks to all who have contact us on the ever-expanding work.

CD Cover Art and Smithereens/Beatles Homage
The Smithereens have released a cover song/homage album of 12 Beatles songs. The cd features caricatures/bobbleheads of the Smithereens band members as the cover design. If you've heard the Smithereeens muisical catalog you'll no doubt recognize the Beatles influence in their song writing. I Want to Hold Your Hand, I Saw Her Standing There, and All My Loving all came from the Beatles classic 1964 realease Meet The Beatles, their first "official" album in the United States. It's worth mentioning that in the mid 60's it was quite rare for an artist to release song written by the band itself
