Todd McFarlane's Disturbed cd design
Rock band Disturbed's new cd Ten Thousand Fists features a cover design by Todd McFarlane, creator of the Spawn comic book character.
McFarlane has designed other cds and videos for the music industry, including KORN's Follow the Leader cd cover and Freak on a Leash video, as well as Pearl Jam's Do the Evolution video.

I NEED TO KNOW THE COST TO DESIGN A CD AND THEN HAVE IT COPIED INTO COMPUTER TO CAFEPRESS.COM. ALL I NEED IS A DESIGN AND THEN I CAN SELL IT OVER THE WEBSITE.

I am curious... I would really love to know where Mr. McFarlane and/or Mr. Capullo came up with the idea for the face on the hooded figure in the Disturbed 'Ten Thousand Fists' album cover. It would mean alot to me to hear a simple response for this.
